Please note: We do not guarantee that all products are approved for road use (in accordance with traffic regulations).

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online store at www.emotionparts.com, operated by:

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Emotion Parts.

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can place products in your cart without obligation and edit your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.

By clicking the order button (e.g. “Buy Now”), you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. You will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately after submission. The purchase contract becomes effective when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include statutory VAT and exclude applicable shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery Conditions

We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Austria takes 2–5 business days. International deliveries can take up to 21 business days depending on the destination.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For more information, please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty

Our products are subject to the statutory warranty regulations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no additional warranties apply.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. Within the first 12 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. Consumers have the right to repair or replacement, and if not possible, to a price reduction or contract cancellation.

Warranty claims do not apply to damage resulting from improper use. Manufacturer warranties (if provided) remain unaffected.

Liability

Our spare parts are intended solely for use in motor vehicles. Installation and use must be carried out by qualified professionals. Improper installation or use can lead to serious material damage or personal injury.

We accept no liability for damages resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of our products. We are also not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products — including driving behavior. Please note: our products are generally not approved for public road use (StVO) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
